Social Programmes

For your conference social programme we can organise a wide range of exclusive tours in and around key heritage towns and cities throughout the country. 

Special itineraries are planned to suit each client's budget and requirements. Luxury coaches with fully trained guides will meet your party at their Hotel for private tours to a variety of destinations from the well-known to the unusual. 

Entrances to attractions can be included in the programmes and we have access to numerous venues for coffee, lunch or afternoon tea if required.

Activity days and team building events can be arranged at your conference venue if the site permits, or at specialised centres close by. Also other activities such as wine tastings, talks, treasure hunts, boat trips, spa days, etc.  For some team building ideas click here

Evening Entertainment

There are a wealth of possibilities for evening entertainment, whether it be a short break between your meeting and dinner back at your conference venue, or a full evening out.

For early evening activities you may like to consider a guided walking tour, perhaps with a stop at a local pub for drinks; or a boat trip with drinks and canapés on board; or even a Treasure Hunt, with prizes being presented later at dinner.

Gala Dinners can be arranged either at your Hotel or in different venues such as Stately Homes. These could be themed evenings, such as Medieval Banquets, 1920s evenings, casino nights, etc., and we can even arrange for costumes to be provided for your guests if required.

Guided tours can also be organised in the evenings, perhaps with private entrance to a local attraction such as one of the Shakespeare Houses in Stratford, or dinner en-route.

In Stratford we are agents for the Royal Shakespeare Company and can obtain tickets on your behalf (subject to availability).

Coach Transfers

We work closely with carefully selected coach operators around the country to provide high quality transport at competitive prices.

Whether you require airport transfers, daily shuttles or evening transfers, we will source the best vehicles for you and ensure the smooth running of your event.

We have access to vehicles ranging from chauffeured cars to people carriers, mini coaches and full executive coaches.

Meet and Greet

For rail or airport transfers we can provide fully trained guides to 'meet and greet' your guests. They will be in the arrival hall to meet the guests when they arrive and will then ensure that their vehicle is outside the Terminal for them.

Whatever the number of delegates you have, send us your arrival and departure schedule and we will work with you to ensure that they are met efficiently and in the most cost effective way.

Registration/Hospitality Desks

Fully trained guides are available for registration and hospitality desks as required.

They can handle delegate registration, hotel check-ins, restaurant bookings, general enquiries, travel confirmations etc. All would have an in-depth knowledge of the city in which they are working in order to deal with any enquiry or request.
